SHIPPING POLICIES

We designed our shipping options to be simple and affordable. We currently offer UPS and USPS shipping as our preferred carriers. If you would prefer shipment by another carrier, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
Please note that a $4.95 flat rate shipping fee applies to domestic shipments. We are also happy to ship internationally, please contact us for rates.
For all orders you can press the shipping drop down button to choose from a variety of shipping options offered by UPS and U.S.P.S.
In order to preserve our natural resources, all breastpumps are shipped in their original box. Whenever possible, Nursing Mother Supplies uses recycled boxes in packing its products for shipping.

Order shipments originate from Philadelphia, PA and typically require 2-7 business days to reach their destination. If the order is delayed for any reason, Nursing Mother Supplies will contact you immediately.

USPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Orders weighing a total of one pound or less will be shipped USPS first class mail and cannot be tracked. Orders weighing over one pound are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Box APO/FPO will ship USPS Priority Mail. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or Holidays. In stock orders ship within 24 hours during regular business days.

UPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Orders weighing over one pound will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. In stock orders typically enter the UPS system within 24 hrs.

ORDER CHANGES
Changes to orders cannot be made after 1 pm EST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

Overnight and second day shipping options are subject to UPS pickup cycles and business day limitations. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Tuesday.

PACKAGING

Please note that your package may be shipped using recycled packing materials and all double electric breastpumps are shipping in their original box. We strive to support recycling and the boxes we use to package your order may have been previously used. This practice not only supports our goal to be environmentally friendly, but also keeps your shipping costs as low as possible.

GIFT WRAPPING
Nursing Mother Supplies is pleased to offer you our complimentary gift-wrapping service. A card can be added to your order with your personal message. To take advantage of this service, just send an email to jen@nursingmothersupplies.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Nursing Mother Supplies wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Just contact us for an authorization number prior to shipping your return item. Nursing Mother Supplies will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:

1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.
2) It is in an unused condition.

Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on returns and exchanges.

Certain products cannot be returned if the packaging is opened due to the personal nature of these products. These products include but are not limited to, breast pumps, breast pump parts and other personal use items.
Due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns.
Products returned without authorization number are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!

Once the return is received by our Returns Department, the refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Our Checkout page connects to our server in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection mode -- a highly encrypted channel. Your credit card number and order information are immediately transferred to a computer inside our security device, known as a firewall, which is inaccessible to non-Nursing Mother Supplies personnel.

We at Nursing Mother Supplies respect your privacy. We don't share or sell any of your information to any other individual or businesses, ever.

We securely transmit only that data about you which is required to ship your items via carrier and bill your credit card for your purchase. Like most large, respected online retail stores, our website technology utilizes 'cookies' to enhance your shopping experience and to continually improve our performance. No information about your personal shopping history is ever seen by third parties.

Our newsletter feature for registered customers is completely optional. We will occasionally send e-mails about special deals and promotions to customers who wish to receive them, but will never send promotional e-mail to those who do not. In order to maintain Medela's premium brand image, effective January 1, 2005, Medela has unilaterally adopted the policy that it will not conduct business with anyone who resells or lists a price for Pump In Style® Original models #57040 and #57042 on the Internet. Effective February 1, 2005, this Policy will include all Pump In Style models.
